I've just listened to On the Ropes interview with Roy Jones Junior on the front page, he's delusional. Roy is my favorite fighter of all time, I've never seen a better one but the things he says :-( To summarise : He's working with a new trainer, feels this will make him 'the old Roy' He wants a 4th fight with Tarver He has an urge to go up to HW and fight Wlad K :-( Let it go Roy, please.
Yes, against Max Alexander. something like 16 -6-1, (ish) and hasn't won in his last six. Says he won't ever go back to 175, CW is where he's staying now.

If only he showed this warrior mentality in his prime. He could have had wins over Calzaghe and Lennox Lewis, to go with wins over Hopkins and Toney. 4 ATGs in their prime from MW to HW he would've beaten.

Yeah, he needs to let it go before he is walking in post holes the rest of his life. He's lost his last 3 fight, 2 by stoppage and 1 by a lopsided decision. He's his own worst enemy and is getting delusional about his remaining talents.
I have given up on Roy Jones, fans are begging him to stop for years now, his family crying after him getting knocked out again and again yet he continues. I wish he hangs them up but im not going to be bothered watching his fights nowadays. Hope he hangs them up before he is really damaged.
To be honest with you, when he spoke he really didn't sound very clear. Maybe it's his phone connection, but he's nowhere near as clear as the guy who used to talk for fun.
