I'd prefer the smaller USA cards, I enjoy it when an opponent is announced for a title shot and I remember seeing him 18 months ago on a small card in Conneticut (or whereever).

they show the main fight in full .
if it was a ko win they then show an undercard fight.

it might be the cuban show tonight.

wish setanta would pick up some of the american friday night/wednesday night fight programs, or maybe even some of the south american shows that they show on the hispanic channels in the states like telemundo and TeleFutura. sure they could be picked up dirt cheap and showed a few days later at a more reasonable hour for us to watch.

Last week they had highlights of the McGurt Jr fight from the 16th January, where they originally gave the win as a majority decision to Hernandez. Buddy McGurt (senior) asked for the scorecard to be reviewed, and a unanimous decision was given to Hernandez.

There are some capable German fighters, and don’t forget that some decent Eastern European fighters are also based there.

Btw, was the Licina - Herrera bout that boring for you to watch?

I was ringside and the Serbian fans went wild.

IMO the Abraham - Stanovic fight had the best atmosphere...

I also thought that the mixture of fans was pretty nice: A big Belgian fan block for Batello, a lot of Serbs plus the usual German fans.

Why not Sauerland? I would rather watch one of their fights and I like AA. I'm much more likely to watch this than stay up itll 3 in the morning for a ESPN card.

Sauerland have some good fighters. Is it better catching up on DVD from Germany afterward, where you just watch the main fights I wonder? We have curiosity, we like to see the main fights, but is it that much fun watching one promoter's shows in full time in, time out? Time will tell.

Sauerland has 2 very good fighters Povetkin and Abraham. These fighters I like to watch. Shame they are buggering about, mincing, indecisive about their careers, injured or whatever the eff the problem is. Hopefully Sauerland put some more fighters in for super middleweight title fights as that will be interesting. They have a good few super middles and as all the 168 champs are exciting this would be worth seeing.

I think it's nice to be able to watch some live boxing in the UK at a reasonable hour. Some of it is not of the best standard but no different than the standard of some of the British fights on SKY. For me the chance to see Abrahams fights makes it a worth while investment.
Huck, Povetkin, Sylvester, Valuev are all watchable.
Just wish the Germans would cheer up a bit, they don't exactly let there hair down when they go out for the night do they.

I thought it was the Kohl (and Ohner) cards where the robberies were worst.

Who does Valuev and Ottke :huh

Actually, I dont pay much attention to the promoter...
