Why Should I Believe Pacquiao Can Beat Floyd?

    Pacquiao, throughout the years, has loss to lesser fighters than Mayweather. He has been defeated by Marquez 4 times, Timothy Bradley, Erik Morales, Singsurat, Torrencampo, none of which are on Floyd's level.

    Why then should I or anyone else believe Pac will beat Mayweather, a better fighter than all the ones he's previously loss to? I don't think boxing works like that, the better fighter generally wins.....correct?

    Pacquiao is shot as hell he doubt he beat this fresh post beauty sleep and cherry picking floyd.

    Floyd lost to Castillo and Maidana... 2 guys that multiple levels below Pac. Pac lost to certified ATGs. Castillo's not an ATG and Maidana is not on a single sane person's P4P list.

    I'd like to see Pac fight Castillo at 135 and Maidana at 147, I wouldn't be surprised if Pac got KTFO by both of them! By the way Floyd is undefeated, his only losses are in your dreams

    1. first 3 losses were early in his career when he didn't know how to box
    2. JMM has beaten him once, other 3 fights were close.
    3. Related to 2, JMM is a completely different fighter than Floyd. Styles make fights.
    4. DLH almost beat Floyd (Pac killed him); Cotto gave Floyd a tough fight (Pac killed him); Floyd took 10 rounds to beat Hatton (Pac put him to sleep in two)
    5. Castillo almost beat Floyd; in fact, many think he beat Floyd. Castillo is half the fighter Pac is
    6. Maidana gave Floyd tough fights, he is half the fighter Pac is
    7. Pac has lost more because he is fighter that takes risks, unlike Floyd who runs a lot. It has nothing to do with having less talent or skill.
    8. Pacquiao has quicker feet
    9. PAcquiao has same hand speed, if not faster
    10. Pacquiao has a lot of heart
    11. Pacquiao has stamina to spare and go go 24 rounds throwing a lot
    12. Floyd's legs are shot, his last two fights are evidence (1st Madiana fight Floyd couldn't get away from ropes, 2nd Maidana fight, Floyd had to hold Maidana 70 times cause she couldn't move)
    13. Pac has a better trainer (Roach >>>> Floyd Sr)
    14. Floyd has struggled with southpaws
    15. Pacquiao is 2 years younger
    16. Pacquiao has more power
    17. Pacquiao fought better competition and looked better in his last 2 fights
    18. Pacquiao wants it more badly

    Pac murders the Castillo that Floyd fought!

    Pac-Maidana would be Pac-Rios II, except Maidana might get stopped because he doesn't have Bam Bam's stamina/chin/durability.

    Except 80% of what you write is speculation. Pac wants it more...you sure? Pac fought better comp the past 2 years, you sure about that? Pac has more power, you certain? Floyd struggles with southpaws....really, you sure about that? Pac has a better trainer....says who? Pac is quicker, hmmm I wonder if that is true at all, I doubt it.

    Pac does nothing and has nothing better than Floyd. Easy fight May 2nd
