It’s Teofimo Lopez’s prerogative not to grant Loma a rematch especially if he wants to fight the likes of Josh Taylor. Loma’s team and Bob Arum were negligent not to put in a rematch clause. This was a title unification and Lopez proved his superiority.

No you haven't you never did, the video evidence is right there. Lopez outlanded Lomachenko in said rounds. You're delusional.

Lomachenko doesn't deserve a rematch. He was in airplane mode in the first six rounds. I support Lopez here.

What do you mean it's not a "must?'" Loma ain't no spring chicken and the fight was close. Lopez and all those guys your u mentioned are all young as hell there is nothing to make other than Loma and Lopez. Trust me you will kick yourself in doubt if Loma gets froze out for years then everyone wonders if he could have won the rematch. He deserves a shot to rectify the situation.

I don't care about Loma or Lopez.

While at least Loma had some fight after this.
Belts and other bull**** are for tickets sales.
What " deserved " Lopez had did? Since fight vs Loma?
NOTHING and therefore he is not actual.
Sorry, this is reality, he does not deliver content.
Btw like Briedis after WBSS final too: 0 activity till today.

At least they should already had some warm up fights, even if there 0 title on the line.

U don't box: ppl forget about you relatively quickly.

The fight was a clear win for Lopez, so it's not like Loma deserves a rematch because of that. And all that nonsense talk of it being close and Loma injured and bla, blah, blah doesn't help it either. I'd much more prefer if Loma took it on the chin like Joshua did, but he wasn't man enough sadly.

I would like to see a rematch, though, but I'd rather see a unification against Haney first. Or even a fight with Tank.

I had Lopez winning the fight but let's not pretend here that it was pure domination lmao nothing even happened the first 6 rounds it was Lopez hitting air, gloves, elbows....in fact there are right breakdowns which show Loma outlander Lopez.

Once again I had him winning on activity but it was very close, I'm not sure people who say no rematch are even boxing fans either Loma haters are Lopez fanboys. Sad from Lopezz hope he loses to someone like kamboses then Loma comes and cleans up.

I want to see the fight as much as anyone but Loma was dismissive and disrespectful prefight and that showed poor sportsmanship in the loss. Loma has never given anyone a rematch and could have written the demand into the contract but he didn't. Lopez won the majority of rounds including the 12th round which he won big. Everyones problem should be with Loma here for not handling his business properly

Why would the a side goat give a man a rematch? And if the fight was close I bet Loma would have given it to him.

Not actual boxer. Lopez soon will not be in the fight ring 1 year.
Looks that for his GOAT skills there is big demand in the world, 0 doubts here.
Inactivity only confirms this reality: Lopez is GOD.

Loma should probably just drop back down to 130 if he can’t get this rematch.

Who said anything about a domination? It was a clear win for Lopez, that's all. Everyone not choking on Loma's nuts has it as such. And it is possible that Loma wouldn't have lasted the distance if the ref hadn't decided to give him a break for some reason. He had a comeback in the second half, but Lopez both started and finished stronger.

And you seem a bit slow, because I said two times already that I'd like to see a rematch, not just top priority.

If you just take a step back you'll see that this is the view of those without a horse in the race.

It's one of the most vocal ducks I've seen in a while

I'm not a fan of "immediate" rematches, it slows progress down. In this case however, Loma has already fought someone else, Lopez is preparing to. I'd have no problem with them fighting again after this, they both now having other opponents under their belts.
