Ortiz missed many punches as did Teofimo... Ortiz went running throughout the fight... Teofimo went looking for the fight from the first round... Running while throwing a couple of punches per round is not boxing... and I'm glad that Ortiz lost tonight... it's time to stop rewarding the roadrunners who move around the ring throughout the fight and throw an occasional blow to score a point. It's not boxing... Floyd has them fooled, he made them believe that that's boxing

He outboxed Teo plain and simple. Boxers are his kryptonite. He needs a stationary target to be effective. We've seen this on several occasions, but it hadn't been more clearer to me, and I'm a Lopez fan.

This wasnt that close, a lot of people crying this was a terrible fight but Ortiz outboxed and outclassed Lopez plain and simple.

Ortiz outboxed Lopez. But at the same time, he only landed as many punches as Lopez. It was a boring, crappy fight which was not enjoyable at all. If we go on rounds though, you could say Ortiz won. I wanted Ortiz to win because I dislike the loudmouth Lopez who avoids rematches. But I can't root for Ortiz either with his escapist style.

I am happy that Ortiz lost, but sad that Lopez won.

Judges penalizing running it seems now. They might as well punish huggers too. Might as well have a new rule that you can only hug once per round.

    Clinching is technically a foul

Are you new to boxing? I mean no disrespect, just that it's common knowledge that clinching can and has gotten fighters penalized.
