Based on what? Are you sure that if referee didn't call it low Usyk won't get up? Have you seen John Ruiz lying on the canvas for 4-5 minutes few times every time Evander Holyfield or Kirk Johnson hit him just below the beltline (like Dubois here)? Had the referees started the count in those fights, do you believe Ruiz would've been counted out too? Or it is just a part of the game? Like - you got hit low, referee calls it a low blow, you play like it was very painful. Hadn't he called it low - OK, it's time to get up and try to win the fight no matter what.
