    tbf he mainly comments on the physical side of training as that is where his real interests lie but he has a top reputation in the game and is a real innovator!

    I'm pretty sure I know which poster you're talking about and who he actually is. And yes, he has a fantastic reputation in the UK.

    How many here have gone to there trainers and told him or her the guys on the INTERNET forum tell me you not training me correctly. **** me . My bet is most don't have a trainer. There are morons that come to the gym that think they have mastered boxing by watching you tube . ROFL
