Fury is the favourite but Whyte can win this fight. Whyte has a dangerous hook, he is going to be motivated as ****.

Wilder had a punchers chance too but those fights showed that's not enough against Fury. Whyte's going to have to land his left hook more than once or even twice, it's going to have to land with some regularity to break Fury down because while Fury can be put down, he's shown he's very hard to keep down.

I'm pretty certain Whyte will have his moments, maybe even drop Fury, Whyte even in his losses has severely troubled his opponents but he's an under dog for a reason. Can he win this fight? Maybe, but it would require Fury severely under performing even worse than his last fight and even then Fury would be favourite. I don't think anything Whyte does will matter it will come down to Fury and how motivated he is and how well prepared.

Whyte is being written off because he’s a limited fighter and doesn’t match up well at all against Fury.

I agree Whyte should not be written especially as this might be his only world title shot. A hungry desperate man is a dangerous man and one thing we do know like him or hate him(I purposely don't use the word love because he is not the type you love), he will definitely bring it. This is going to be a tough fight for both men.

I could definitely see Whyte giving Fury an early scare but Tyson holds all the advantages; Size, speed, skill, chin, stamina.

If Whyte gives him issues early on he can just adjust the game plan and stick him on the end of his jab. Whyte has a slim punchers chance but that's it.

You don't have to dance to move faster than a sloth, Whyte's footwork is appalling. And you don't have to move much at all against a cumbersome opponent when you have a significant reach advantage. Also, I doubt Fury will come in at 280llbs to fight Whyte, or use the same game plan he employed vs Wilder.

He needed to push Wilder back; he needs to catch Whyte coming in - and Whyte will need to close the gap because of the reach disadvantage...

I think Whyte is a better fighter than Wilder. He has beaten better fighters than Wilder has.

So Fury cant sleep on this fight.

It'll be hilarious if Whyte KOs Fury. The fans who regurgitate everything Fury says will go in complete meltdown.

A Whyte KO is definitely not out of the realms of possibility given Furys best wins are a right hand and a 39yo gunshy Wlad

Because not only is Fury a vastly superior fighter to him, but also a bad style match up?

I rarely write any fighter off in match ups between two genuinely world level fighters

    Especially two Brit Level ones

Fury obviously and rightfully starts as a big favourite because he's elite, undefeated much more accomplished and skillful, but Whyte is a big lump with legit one punch KO power and it only takes one mistake and one punch to change the course or outcome of a fight in this game

Also if you're having a bad night and your opponent has a good one the odds of them winning can increase significantly

Even more so if you have a terrible one and they have a great one

A biased ref can have a huge influence in the direction a fight does or doesn't take

That can and often has meant the difference between winning and losing

Allowing one fighter to hold excessively all night can completely change the path the fight would've gone

A small or large ring can too

Fury is the better man but that doesn't guarantee you victory on the night

Boxing is a funny old game

The best version of Fury beats up and stops Whyte.

Jab's his head off, walks him down and KO's him. Too big, better jab, faster hands and enough power to get the job done against Whyte who is easy to hit and not granite chinned.

But I expect both to come in as good shape and be bang up for it. Which gives Whyte a chance to land something big. The thing is it's going to have to be big. Wilder couldn't keep Fury down and i'd say hits harder than Whyte who's biggest KO's are against guys like Browne who was out of shape. Yeah he dropped Parker so he's dangerous but he went life and death with Del Boy twice. Fury toyed with Chisora all those years ago. It's a triangle and they don't always work but I don't see what Whyte does better than Fury. AS long as Tyson has anything in his legs, he wins.

Whyte just doesn't have the skill and i'm not sure he will survive a shoot out with a bigger guy

Fury should be a 15-1 favorite, but he's probably a 4-1 favorite in reality. The disparity in talent and skill in this fight is massive. That said, it'll be a lot closer than it ever should be because Fury simply does not take this sport seriously.

This is a big overachiever in Whyte vs. a massive underachiever in Fury.
