Froch's skills seem to be deteriorating with each fight in recent months.

I expect that Kessler and AA will both beat him easily, with AA knocking Froch out.

Leaving aside Froch's shithouse defence, he can't hook to save himself and he is quite slow.

He has done well to get to where he has, but it is all downhill from here for him.

It's hard to hit the target when it's between your legs or on the canvas. Or constantly turning it's back to you.

So I guess you scored it clearly for Froch...
You probably also scored Hagler Leonard clearly for Hagler.

Because he keeps winning and can back up his big talk.

There is no reason not to like a guy who fights the best and consistently beats them.

We will se if he can back up his big talk in copenhagen, cause he certainly didn't do it against Dirrell. That fight just showed how bad a matchup Dirrell is for Froch.

He did beat Dirrell, although it was close.

I am not sure Kessler has the mental strength and will to beat Froch. It will be a good fight but I have a feeling Carl will make his haters, hate even more.

Are you seriously saying Dirrell put up a good performance?

I think the reason Froch gets bashed is that he has a big mouth, but not the big skills or resume to back it up. It doesn't help that some of his fans seem to think as much of him as he does of himself. Add that to the fact that he was extremely fortunate to win each of his last 2 fights ....1 against a chin challenged JT(who was leading on most cards) and the other against a green and scared Dirrell, who, once he realized he didn't need to be, began taking it to Froch pretty convincingly.
To his credit, the man's self confidence serves him well in the ring and his willingness to fight anyone, anywhere is admirable. But I think he is ripe for the picking when his luck runs out. I wouldn't put money on Kessler, who may be done(if he ever was what he was cracked up to be in the 1st place.) But I would put money on Abraham.

I agree that he hit on the break a couple of times and the ref should have warned him. It was a sort of welcome to the big boys type of thing.

The rabbit punching I thought was a non-issue because bar possibly once it was only when Dirrell illegaly ducked below the waist or when he turned his back.

And as for the holding try and argue that Froch held anything like Dirrell then I'm not gonna bothor seriosly debating with you. It is one thing to get caught and briefly hold to smother a shot. It is a completely different thing to hold everytime your opponent gets remotely close!

Just to add to this. The main American commetator was riddiculous. He kept saying 'Froch is holding and hitting' When It was clear Dirrel was holding while Froch was hitting him.

He even declares I think round 7 to Dirrell and the other guy goes 'really'.

A great example was in one of the rounds they both hit each other at exactly the same time with the same sort of left hook. The main commentator goes 'what a great shot by Dirrell!' and the other guy goes, 'actually they both ate one then!'

I would concur, bad example to use.

I would say a better example was how he chased Taylor down when he had him in trouble.
