Why so much hate for Rashad ?

I used to hate rashad because of his antics in the cage, but after seeing interviews of him and the more I see him on TUF the more I like him and he is a good coach. Rampage is just a dick, and a **** coach too.

 

Im starting to see a Rashad I like he seems like a great guy. Im not down with his terrible showboating but im starting to soften up to him much like I did to Rich Franklin who I was 50-50 on before TUF 2 and Tito who I hated before season 3. I like when guys make a serious commitment to their teams instead of pissing the season away like Ken Shamrock or Rampage Jackson.

 

Rashad is an educated guy. But he's simply not good enough to do the whole showboating crap. Plus he's definitly not a "Sugar". Thats some very hall of fame company that have that name. Rashad's not even close. How about Rashad "he took your willllll" Evans.

 

Sugar should be a strickly boxing nickname just like the Nature Boy in Pro Wrestling id hate to hear that elsewhere.

 

Yup. It simply doesnt apply in MMA.

 

He showed great class on last nights show.

 

I have to admit the "Sugar" thing really made me take an instant dislike to him.

 

Tito did remind me a bit of Rashad in the fact that I didn't like him at first but turned out to be good guys and good coaches as well. Rampage seems unintersted in coaching but is only interested in beating Rashad.

I don't think Rampage would ever be coach material. ....Not that he needs to be.

 

Evans was the one consoling Demico. Evans showed true class. Not one of his coaches or teammates did that for him after the lose. I have new found respect for Evans.

Schaub didn't look bad. The first couple HW fights looked amateurish. Schaub looked the best of anyone I have seen on the show so far IMO.

 

I used to like Rashad a lot, especially on his original TUF season and during his brief stint at heavyweight. His move down to 205 and his "Sugar" persona really turned me off. I don't like him anymore. He's cocky and not funny. At least Rampage has a few good one-liners. With that said, Rampage is still an idiot and the absolute worst coach in the history of coaching.
