Why take the very risky fight with Pacquiao?

I think it's the other way around.. Greedier Floyd offered 40mil flat with Manny but wants to keep a potential 160mil PPV sale all by himself, not counting all the endorsement sales and gate receipts.... And for Floyd and the Floydiots claims that Manny only gets 6mil tops in every fight, that is a complete BS, in the Marquez fight Manny got 32mil plus in PPV shares alone....
