Why the Canelo-GGG rematch hasn't benn announced yet? Not happening?

Fact of the matter is where you say Canelo lost to Trout, Lara and GGG without acknowledging the closeness of those fights just shows YDKSAB... I don't really get the delay, but I assume it's a very easy fight to make and one that will be made in may, I expect an announcement round about Jan, Feb.

The only sticking point would be if Golovkin is allowed a mandatory in between I imagine.
