Can't argue with you. But someone said that the Char fight was a tune up, not a stay busy fight. Totally different. That is what I was responding to. I agree, if a guy can't fight the guys he wants for whatever reason then whoop up on anyone that steps in the ring you you. I have not problem with that.

    Hyped for this one.

I hope the PPV price goes up also and they put on an extra terrible undercard.

    Build up will be insane.

Nobody wants to see Fury-Charr. Its a mismatch and its a pointless fight to begin with.

hes fought 2 fighters and nothing but tune ups. how many tune ups does that average out to per fighter? and in most other eras, one of those fighters would be a tune up himself.

I assumed Charr retired years ago! Pointless fight really but would tune in anyway.

To each their own I guess. I won't be getting out of bed for it.

Diamond Boy is 37 y/o which is four years younger than AJ's best win Wlad was when he fought him

Two and three years younger respectively than The Dosser's best win Ortiz was when he fought him

And three years younger than Fury's best win Wlad was

Diamond Boy is a former world champion and he didn't lose his belt in the ring, Ortiz has never won a world title

Diamond Boy hasn't lost a fight in seven years and his last loss was against the fighter who gave the current P4P#1, former undisputed CW champion, and current unified WBA, IBF, and WBO champion by far their toughest fight

And Diamond Boy is in the best shape and condition of his life after the surgeries and the time he spent out allowing his body to heal from all the injuries. He's subsequently 2-0 2 KOs since the layoff against fighters with 19-0 (19 KOs) and 21-2 (14 KOs) records respectively

So what exactly are people complaining about here? This is just a time up fight as a prelude to the undisputed match up next year against a former world champion who is undefeated in seven year and is on a fine run of victories?

I'd like to see some Proper 12 commercials during the PPV broadcast as well. Icing on the cake.

At this stage...whatever! Fury is entertaining as hell and I say enjoy whatever is left. He has retired already so anything extra is a bonus. We will miss him when he's gone.

Charr level fights at this point for the big dosser are a waste of time. Hopefully either Usyk or Joyce take him out to pasture in 2030.

It's a good fight. Charr has as much chance as the weightlifter - none. So what's the problem exactly?

We get to see Fury put on another clinic with a quality undercard featuring Isaac Lowe, Tommy Fury etc thrown in for good measure. What's not to like?

Fury is just a player, everyone seems to have forgotten he allegedly retired not so long ago. Does he want to fight, who does he want to fight, wants half a billion purse, he's playing or its that old English saying "doesn't know whether he wants a $hit or a hair cut"

The Usyk fight is still 7 or 8 months away realistically. Tyson SHOULD be fighting in December, as should Joshua, as should Usyk.

I dont begrudge either of those fighters taking easier fights next but Fury should be looking at a level up from Charr obviously. I said this in another thread but Michael Hunter would be a very sensible opponent.
