Why the difference in support of De La Hoya and Pacquaio when they were both signed to Arum, and basically etched the same path, even though Oscar was the Golden Boy he had just as much haters, in those days I recall the chicken De La Hoya chants, and full page articles in the newspapers, but with Manny pacquaio quite the opposite, I find it weird considering Oscar fought the best of his era, even though he ducked a few no win fights...............

Thinking back how unfairly Oscar was treated in those days, id kill for another ODH event

Because Oscar fought top contenders and champs at everyweight and looked to make the best fights. PAC looked to make his legacy on this myth that he was small and was beating all of these bigger guys while looking to make them fight at catchweights to pacs advantage.

Oscar sure as he'll didn't duck his contemporaries like prime Mosley and Trinidad like PAC did mayweather

oscar beat old, past their prime guys or guys who were on their way out coming up in weight.

pac beat guys coming off of recent beatdowns and used weight draining instead of gaining.

The only guys that Oscar beat who were old and past it were paez. Chavez wasn't even as bad as people make
Him out to be. He didn't lose for 5 or 6 years after Oscar when he just didn't care.

He also clowned a prime Trinidad

Oscar stayed the hell away from Vernon Forrest after he beat his nemesis Shane Mosley...
