The fact that you claim people like Pac, Morales etc... ducked him is hilarious. It's not ducking when they don't fight him in order to fight way better fighters. Soto isn't even in their world, if he wants big fights the big name he needs to earn them by beating other champs and top 5 fighters in impressive fashion and making a name for himself with impressive performances against B-A level fighters instead of feasting on these c level bums. Soto calling out Pac is pointless, it's like Quintana calling out Mayweather.

He's not even a 3 weight champ. As much legitimacy has come off the titles nowadays, he was only an interim featherweight titlist. So really, he's only held 2 full titles from the WBC.
