Why the hate for khan?

    i mean he is stepping up his competiton and is trying to gain new fans in america.Afterall he is only 23 so to have Maidana,Malignaggi,Kotelnik and Barrera (albeit he was shot and out of his weight class) on his resume at this stage is impressive not ot mention having a silver medal from the 04 Olympics.He is also trained at one of the world's finest and most prestigious boxing gyms under the greatest trainer alive today freddie roach (maybe steward is better,im not sure) so he must surely be set for big things.He is always honest in his interviews and he tells it like it is.

    P.S being Irish my favourite thing about him is that he never harps on about the fact he is british and doesn't jump on the sense of 'British pride' i.e hype like other fighters like hatton have done

    respect him unless you have info that he is a suspected war criminal and/or drug dealer :deal

    thoughts? (try and keep it amicable,no hate posts and please no pac/may **** we've heard it all before)

    obviously pac vs floyd is the fight we all want, but floyd is too much of a ***** to take it.

    Because although his competition has been of a high enough level he has avoided anybody with power like the ****in plague since Prescott did him in. Yet all the time hes done nothing but go on about being better than all the people hes been avoiding.

    I dont see it that bluntly and am a bit of a fan and im hoping a great performance over Maidana may calm some of these haters down. Not that anybody who doesnt like him is a hater, alot are just not impressed and theres nothing wrong with feeling that way.

    Im my opinion Khan has the beating of anybody at 140 but i also think that most of them have enough to stop Khan should he give them an oppertunity.

    I'm actually starting to like Khan he's starting to grow on me ever since signing to fight a puncher in Maidana. I wish him the best and really have nothing against him.

    Because of the Chin that has to be protected. some people hate guys who can't take a punch no matter how good they are, just look at Wlad, Jones threads.

    were you top of your class in school or did you make it past kindergarten?
    so i suppose people dont hate calzaghe and haye on this thread either?

    I didn't say you start hate. It's people like you that give off the idea that the guy is hated. He was cheered to the rooftops the last time he fought in the UK. Boxing fans love him. But you start threads asking ''why the hate''.
