Why the hate for khan?

i haven't seen a lot of that to be honest

i quite like him now and I think the tide is turning a bit in his favour, especially (as has been said) with signing to fight maidana

 

I don't think anyone hates Khan. He's just overrated by his fans.

 

Umm actually Kotelnik is his biggest win and that performance deserves respect because he easily outboxed Kotelnik (A guy that Alexander needed a home town decision to win against).

 

He comes across as a bit of a wanker, hes continually been severely overhyped (even worse than the england team are every world cup). He talks a lot of crap on twitter and in interviews and doesnt back it up...if he fights Maidana he might get some more respect, though in all fairness, Maidana is his mandatory and hes fighting him because he will be stripped of his title if he doesn't.

If he wins convincingly against the top guys at 140 people will respect him as a boxer (even those that think hes a twat as a person).

Ok...Another "Casual Fan". Here is what happened and the Major difference between Khan and Alexander. Devon Alexander was fighting in his hometown and he obviously want to put on a show and get a KO and stood TOE-2-TOE with Ketolnik and tried to BANG-IT-OUT. And Alexander took some MONSTER SHOTS and kept standing. While the the Fight with Khan vs Ketolnik was a game of "HIDE N' SEEK". Khan stayed away from Ketolnik the entire fight. Because Khan attempted to stand TOE-2-TOE with a fighter once before, Remember....

They hate people who make money and have a personality outside of the boxing ring.

 

He used to talk RAW **** before he got layed out by Prescott he was saying things like he could beat Pacquiao mayweather and people like that. He still talks raw **** but not as much as he used to do.

His delusions annoy the **** out of me, especially when you consider how protected and privilaged hes been.

 

and that's why he'll become the next Cash Cow of boxing after Young Mayweather retires

we've seen khan lose, and lose BADLY. the allure isn't there. for many it's, unfortunately, a sideshow to see when he gets knocked out next instead of appreciating his skills and the drama a fragile chin can provide
