The greatest ******* I ever witnessed was shown on the countdown to Pacquiao-Hatton. It was an old filipino man from where Manny lives who said he could move up to heavyweight and knock people out.....:roll: of well, not every fan of his is so horribly dillusional.
I agree there are lots of annoying *******s that give Manny a bad name. But are they really here on ESB? Most Pac fans here like myself seem pretty knowledgable about the sport of boxing. If you haters want to attack real *******s, take your fight on Youtube, where *******s there make guys here like Enzo look like Larry Merchant. BTW, is it really delusional when the predictor is almost always calling it right and the naysayer is obese from eating so much crow?
We're talking about Pac not his fans. Every boxer has its share of crazy supporters. Why hate a gentle boxer like Pac? It doesn't make sense to me.
I doubt saying they hate Pac because they hate his fans is really the truth. Heck some would start making threads with the sole purpose of discrediting Pac's resume. IMO, it has more to do with they're obsession that Mayweather is the GOAT (which is absurd). And anybody coming from the same generation that has an ounce of a chance of beating his ranking will be crucified. You can separate the Haters from the critics, and the haters are usually those who write essays of threads with the subject : Why Pac is not good. The critics post short but sensible arguments.
Hate his absurd fans, but respect the current greatest boxer in the planet. He is 7 division title, boxer of the decade, #1 pound for pound, etc. How can you hate this guy for what he did for the sport?
A lot of people like Manny and appreciate his skills, but his fans have to be the worst in boxing.
