Why the hate for Rashad Evans?

The way he acted after the Salmon fight
He showboats in fight
He took himself the name ''Sugar''
He koed a legend in Liddell

probably one of those, I do hate him.

 

His style is also very annoying. Jumping up and down and flapping your hands all around and throwing 1 punch every 2 minutes becomes not only annoying but boring to watch.

 

I like Rashad, I like showboating. As you can see I like Roy Jones so ya....


His nickname is actually Suga

 

Because when he needed to he would take his opponet down and score the needed points. Theres only 2 fights where Rashad actually used stand up striking to win fights in the UFC he threw probablly the only headkick of his career vs 3 feet tall Salmon and did nothing but clown agianst Liddell until he timed 1 monster counter right hand. All the other fights he would wrestle and win a boring decision or wrestling and get an occassional GNP win.

 

Id say both. We find out tomorrow whos the better fighter but surely Rampage has a much stronger resume. If Evan's had to fight Rampage's career opponets well he would have more then 1 loss and a draw. Although I think we should all like Rashad more then Rampage because Rashad is more of the kinda guy showboating aside you wanna look up to with the way he conducts himself and the way he coached of TUF opposed to Rampage who didnt care about his team and just wanted a nice check. Rampage nearly kills people on the highway, howels and wears a big chain around his neck and these days thats what many people in society wanna see. Rampage is also a waaaayy more exicting fighter which always helps.

 

I hate the Suga nick for him. He does not hold a candle to SSM, SSR or SRL. I really hate alot of nicks. The worst by far is The dean of mean. When I hear that it makes me wish he would catch nipple cancer. Weird ass pinching ****.

I am a MMA fand and a boxing fan first....Now when Floyd fights and don't get hit it's called running, but what Evans did last night was almost the same, ((Not a skilled from a long shot)). But yet nobody is calling what he did running...

 

i dont know why either, rashad is now my favourite mma fighter along with shogun.
I think rashad was humble and respectful after the win, was respectful on TUF 10 to his team.
