the main problem is that wlad is too good for the todays heavyweights, he needs an opponent who is able to give him a real fight, than we can see who good wlad really is

Unfortunately Eddies boxing style and personality isn’t suited for being main stream HW star.

Haye is much more exiting for casual fans.

Chambers is one of my favorites thought and he has fight amazing competition in last couple of years.

Excitement comes from styles and willingness to take risks to take the other guy out... Who you fight doesn't matter a **** it's how you fight in regards to excitement... If Haye fought and beat Wlad but it was a 12 round stare off i wouldn't class that as exciting just because of the oponent, it's the way you fight that creates excitement not who your oponent is. :-(

And after dodging and countering Hayemakers 8 rounds.

Toney would finally knock exhausted Haye out in a 9 round.

Excitement does not come from fighting weak competition even if you are willing to take the other guy out. The risk is not high in that case so excitement is zero. If you are fighting a strong competition, then here comes the excitement. Anything can happen. Nothing exciting happens when you fight Barrett who was taken out even by Cousier. Your opponents create excitement not your style when your fight weak competition. Anyone fights the same style with the weak competition. Anyone goes to knock out weak opponents. It is not exciting. It does not create any suspense or thriller.

It is exciting when you fight strong competition like Brock, Povetkin, Peter and Dimitrenko. That’s exciting. You are willing to take risks in those cases. You are an exciting fighter.

So there is nothing exciting in Haye fighting Barrett and Bonin. It is not too late for him. There is hope but Haye have to fight strong competition. Then he could become an exciting fighter. He should follow the example of Chambers, Dimitrenko, Areola, Peter. Those guys are willing to take risks unlike him. :D

Toney fought twice Peter and Rahman. These guys are powerful. Toney did not back down. I doubt that Haye will make him do it. You underestimated Toney's skills. Even though Toney is overweight, he has the skills to upset one-dimensional Haye. Toney is a complex fighter. He uses variety.

What Wladimir has done in the recent years, Haye can only dream about.

Still... i don't and neither does anyone else for that matter find Chambers style exciting which is why he isn't classed as an exciting fighter. Yes he may be fighting good competition but he isn't exciting anyone during those fights. Exciting fighters are classed as exciting due to the way they fight not who they fight. John Ruiz has fought all the top guys over the years... would you class him as exciting?

Haye fought strong competition at CW and knocked them out... people need to realise Hayes career didn't begin when he moved up to HW... he may have just moved up to fight bigger men but he hasn't just started boxing which anyone would think if they didn't know and read some peoples comments. Boxing doesn't become a different sport when you move to Heavyweight other than the opponents tend to be slower and overweight these days (baring the Klitschkos who are good athletes) which in fact should suit Haye as long as his chin can stand up to the task which hasn't been proven otherwise yet

    True. :good

Chambers might not be as exiting to casual fans than Haye, but to compare him to john Ruiz is unfair.
Chambers has nice set of defensive skills and very fast hands. I for one think he is exiting fighter.

Hayes style is exiting also but I can appreciate many styles in boxing.
