Why the insistence that the USADA do the testing?

    If you were one of these fighters would you turn down 40 million dollars over random blood testing if you were clean?

    Floyd's comments on Pacquiao indicate he has no desire to fight him.
    He said "it's a no win situation"
    then "it's easy work"
    then "he already got outboxed and knocked out"
    He is acting like he is scared, regardless of if he actually is.

    well, everything i seem to find says that the other tests are worse...are easier to get around..however, i understand your slippery slope argument..i would simply say..that floyd has the right to negoate this, and if it doesnt get resolved the way he wants, he has a right not to fight..then mayweather fans have the right to say pac was on roids and didnt want to take the the better tests..and pac fans can say mayweather was a ***** who didnt want to fight.
