Why Tyson did not a rematch against Buster Douglas?

The shape Douglas turned up in for the Holyfield fight was a disgrace. He had just fought the fight of his life while still mourning the loss of his mother and pulled off the impossible in KO'ing Mike Tyson. Then eight months later he shows up looking like a beached whale against Holyfield and gets pulverised. He showed no respect to biggest title in sport.

Douglas fought Holyfield then Tyson vs Holyfield was on instead and before it happened Tyson was sentenced to prison.
