Vitali was way ahead on the cards against Byrd but retired due to a shoulder injury. You make it sound like he was taken to school and ran out of gas.

Byrd lucked out that night.

Vitali has slowed down alot but would still outwork Haye..and we know who can take the better shot.

 

Byrd swept all of the latter rounds.

He won the fight fair and square, his movement was causing Vitali huge problems.

I always saw Haye having huge problems with Wlad and having the style to beat Vitali, i still feel the same way.

Wlad is a far far better fighter than Vitali, The only advantage Vitali has is chin.

 

Haye agreed to all the conditions, so why is Boente not taking the fight now?

I would not say haye has "all the technical skills" that Byrd had.

 

Haye can not beat Vitali because he's more of a counter puncher.To beat Vitali you need to back him up the way Chisora did.When Vitali's on the backfoot his shots wont have the sting they normally have.Unfortunately Haye's not Chisora,he likes retreating which will give Vitali a chance to launch his hard shots.Vitali ain't scared of Haye

With 2 American judges & an American ref Vitali was still well ahead on the cards.

2. Larry Merchant is an alcoholic gobshite, his opinions are worthless.

3. Haye pulled out of a fight with Vitali, not the other way around.

 

Try watching the fight. I don't think Vit landed ten punches for the second half of the fight and he was getting backed up.

Chris got robbed of a clean victory in this fight through bull****.

Styles make fights and Chris is all wrong for Vitali.

It makes Wlads domination of Chris more impressive tbh.

 

Watch the link, Vitali landed more than 10 punches in that last round, let alone the second half of the fight....................
