Why Ward Will never get the same level of respect as GGG - Video comparison

People love GGG more including me. But as of now Ward is more accomplished of the 2.

 

Ward > Golovkin, as of now. That could change there's plenty of time. But they are judged by what happens between the ropes.

 

Facts.
-Ward won the fight.
-Ward threw low blows.
-The fight was ended on a low blow by Ward.
-Ward was ahead on 2/3 scorecards when the fight was stopped.
-Compubox has 80 punches landed by Ward. 95 punches by Kovalev.

Probable.
-The fight was stopped prematurely. I base this on the common knowledge that when a guy is staggered in a competitive fight, you don't stop the fight.
-The judges and referee wanted Ward to win and this could have affected the outcome. I base this on the common knowledge that nationalism causes people to act in an "us vs. them" mentality. Also on the fact that if they took action that would give Ward an unfair advantage, there would be no repercussions. Ward winning an Olympic gold medal also contributes to this.

Possible
-All of these unfair advantages were done on purpose. (Actually experience tells me this is probably probable but its also baseless accusation.)
-Kovalev could have knocked out Ward if given more rounds. I base this on his high KO percentage and the fact that he knocked down Ward in the first fight.
-Ward could have won every single round remaining or KO. He had Kovalev hurt, and Kovalev was doing worse in the later rounds than the early rounds.

Outright lies that I am hearing
- Kovalev wanted Weeks to stop the fight. That's just ****ing stupid.
- Ward was on steroids. Even if he was its not really a big deal, this is boxing. Not baseball.

It's clear that this fight was even more controversial than the first one. Ward may have "won", but its the matter of winning that matters. If I was a Ward fan I wouldn't be celebrating what appeared to be a rigged fight. Ward may have been able to win with neutral judges and without an incompetent referee. Then again maybe Kovalev would have. We don't know and can't know. Nobody should be celebrating this, even if it helped their boxer win, because it can happen to any boxer you might like, and then what? This fight should be treated as a no contest.

Some Kovalev fans are upset, and some Ward fans are being immature. This is why this is bad. People are going to stop watching boxing. This unsportsmanlike behavior from officials, boxers and fans can kill boxing. Boxing is a great sport and I don't want to see it tainted by this venom.

 

I dont like ward's style, but ward > gg any day of the week, any week of the month, any month of the year.

 

SOB said he is a heavyweight and he will fight Joshua ASAP. SOB claims he will Knock Joshua out. How can SOB do such? SOB wants the fight in Vegas, but Roc Nation run boxing commission, referee, judges, then SOB will hit Joshua in the testicles with a club, the ref will stop the fight and call it a tko, SOB fans will claim that boxing rules say using a club to the testicles are in the rule book, but only if SOB does it..............SOB will get all the money also...............

 

Ward is an excellent fighter, but his attitude towards his fans is the problem.
