Why was Bumlovkin willing to go up to 168 for Chavez/Froch, but NOT for Ward?

Why did Ward's team send an offer when Ward wasn't even ready to fight and GGG already had a fight lined up?
Why was it so important to get GGG to agree to the 50/50 split now, for a fight next year/18 months from now?(we see now that 18 months is more realistic lol)
Why did Ward not fight until June this year after signing with RN in January?
Why didn't Ward fight at 168 then, if that's where he was going to fight GGG?
Why isn't Ward's next tune up(whenever that is:rofl) going to be at 168, if that's where he wants to fight GGG?
Why are you dumber than a bag of ret@rd d*cks?

Go watch the Fight Hub Lil G interview. When Ward is talking about the offer he says forget about the other 10%. So that indicates that Ward had been previously demanding 60% of the purse regardless of the weight during all that time.
