He was on par with Judah imo. I was a fan of Zab, but he was a level under Gatti imo.

Clottey vs Judah would had been more interesting if they were both the same size, and both prime.

Lets get three things straight about this bull**** thread.

1: He beat Cotto. You do not ****ing outland someone, make them run backwards the whole fight, and lose a decision.

2: He is better than a prime Ike Quartey

3: He obviously threw the fight against Manny. See Bradley/Pacman for further proof of Top Rank vs Top Rank bull****.

And finally, he will come back.

It's a shame that will be most remembered for taking a dive (turtle shell) against Pacroid as to not interrupt with BobTheBuilder's "Pacamania and A Catchweight Trip To The Moon Staidium Extravaganaza".

Ok? Hell that underdog catchweight win is still better than any W on Clottey's resume. FACT.

Clottey was a very good fighter. He just had things about him that made him slightly behind the best of his era. Similar to how Oba Carr was slightly behind his era of WW's There is no shame in that. He was still quite good.

Gatti? Judah would have whooped Gatti's ass.

sweethome_bama is one of the worst posters on here. Whatever predictions or scorecards he has are always wrong. just go with the other guy. Its pretty obvious. he is a troll of the most predictable manner.

I agree with everything except for the fact that he wasn't better than Quartey.

Gatti could barely beat Micky Ward, who Judah Dominated. Judah would be too fast for Gatti, and would bust Gatti up.

it was the other way around.... If clottey upped his output, he could have put Cotto out.... Cotto looked battered in that fight...
