This. The whole Baldomir blunder from Zab Judah. Zab had just became undisputed by beating Cory Spinks who unified with Mayorga who beat Vernon Forrest to unify the WBA/WBC. Zab signed to fight Floyd but wanted to take a tuneup bout before. Zab loses to Baldomir who couldn’t afford to pay all the sanctioning fees so the belts split with Baldomir only keeping the WBC. When he had the WBC/WBA/WBO after beating PAC, the WBO stripped him a week later.

Bradley was physically stronger. If he made it a physical fight which he was good at who knows and no Bradley didn't duck Floyd.

Floyd is bigger, and unlike Pacquiao, he can actually fight on the inside.

Yep WBO doesn’t allow you to hold titles in 2 separate divisions at once

You don't like facts and can't refute them.

He didn't wanna be, he literally never at any point in time showed interest in any other belts other than the WBC. Never even really went after them. I think he fought for Cotto's WBA? and Zab still had the IBF after losing to Baldomir but that was more him fighting the names than for the belts (if I'm wrong correct me please)

Very odd though, always wondered why he put so much stock into only the green belt

For all intents are purposes, he was undisputed when he beat Baldomir.

And Floyd went ahead and beat the guy who the fight previously had beaten the absolute breaks of Margarito.

Basically this. Floyd had the chance to fight for undisputed WW in 2015 after beating Pacquaio, (he could have fought Brook if he wanted it - money talks), but decided otherwise as it wasn't important to him and didn't make financial sense.

It probably didn't make sense from other angles as well. After the Pac fight, Floyd pretty much retired at least as far as any interest in building his legacy. Berto was simply a farewell fight, and McGregor a money-grabbing stunt from gullible UFC fans.

Floyd always managed his risk/reward ratio, and at 38+ I doubt he was keen to take on a young hungry unknown quantity in Brook. Even if Floyd had won, he wouldn't have received much credit as Brook only had a win over Porter that some thought was a bit of a fluke.

I personally think that WW Brook was pretty good and may have posed problems for an aged Floyd, but going up to a division he had no business in for the Golovkin payday and then diving straight back into the Spence fight basically ended his career at the very top.
