I think it was part of his mind games Whyte was maybe expecting to be insulted so instead Fury surprised him and was nice which confused Whyte.
As per the comments on the livestream, it means that Fury has lost his spark and that he's going to lose. Seems like we have to go through this corny body language mumbo-jumbo every time the man fights. Also, someone should add Dillian's "that's what she said" joke to the boxing tragedies thread.
Why would it kick off theres 43 million on the line and the fight is in 36 hours.... Neither of them would have wanted the hangers on to have a scrap.
Your hero is getting sparked out on Saturday night. You can then treat yourself to a McDonald's milkshake and chicken nuggets to ease the pain.
I want Fury to win so he can fight Uysk or Joshua. I took great joy in seeing my actual Hero Povetkin KO Whyte.
Ah so that’s your game plan. If Fury wins but the fight is ‘competitive’ (subjective anyway) then you’ll use that to justify that Fury is overrated on the forum. You’d do well to stop getting so emotionally invested, it really doesn’t matter that much.
and if Whyteleafe loses again? How long will you go awol for this time? You keep DUCKING this question like Whyteleafe DUCKED Otto Wallin.
The Povetkin lie is far too obvious. You can do a bit better than that. The logic behind it being why would you be an Aydamn alt when, conveniently, your ‘hero’ is a man who beat Whyte. I think it’s pretty unlikely that a “29 year old” British guy would have Povetkin as their ‘hero’.
Maybe Fury was just scared Whyte would take it on road like he's threatened before to Chisora and others
By all means go to the mods, check our IP's. They're not the same, and I aint gonna hide behind proxies just to troll you all. Povetkin is a hero because he was able to threaten bigger fighters at this level despite his age. I liked him first when I saw him cause AJ a lot of problems with his skills, and I had him 4-2 up against AJ when he lost. He also impressed me vs hunter when he got rocked early and came back and landed some brutal counters. He became an even bigger hero when he was getting slapped around vs Whyte and KO'd him out of no where. Literally the most excited I've ever been while watching boxing in regards to a specific moment. He won me £80 with one punch. It's funny how I'm being accused now of being a Whyte fanboy when usually it's AJ. Now Pov is retired, my favourite boxers are Fury, Wilder, Usyk, AJ, Ortiz, Canelo, GGG, S.Marshall. In no particular order.
Because he wants people to buy the PPV. If Fury thinks it's going to be a close fight he calls his opponent a shithouse dosser. If he knows he's going to win he talks his opponent up so people get on board. Poor old Dil is getting the Tom Schwartz/Otto Wallin treatment instead of the Wlad/Wilder treatment. That's got to sting a bit.
I literally have no idea who you think i am. Ive said loads of times i think Fury is the best in the division and will win by KO. Weird behaviour mate.
