I do believe the LHW divison got much weaker after the fall of Roy Jones and DM. Tarver was in the right place at the right time, and at his best, fully motivated I would call him an elite fighter, but he is inconsistent. I don't feel Johnson won either of the fights against him though, I don't know what the hell the judges saw in the first one.
