None of those guys could be able to beat FLoyd- I'm talking specifically about MAB, Morales and Hamed. They're all very lucky Floyd didn't campaign at 130 for a longer period of time because eventually they would've had to face him. As for Hamed, Floyd called him out after the Corrales fight in an interview with Merchant and mentioned he'd be willing to meet him at a catchweight of 128 lbs. Merchant started laughing and saying there was no way Hamed would fight him, especially after that one sided beating he gave to Chico.
MAB vs Hamed was in 2001 though at featherweight ..Hameds last fight was in May 2002 against Manuel Calvo. Floyd fought Corrales in January 2001 at super Featherweight. Floyd fought 3 times in 2001. If Naseem wanted to fight Floyd he would've :-((
I remember that interview. And really Floyd would have crushed Hamed, he was too big for him. Hamed was 5'4'' with a 64'' reach.:yikes and he comes from bantamweight. :rofl
Times change :yep, at those days Hamed was the biggest cash cow in the lower weights, Mayweather was making fractions of what Hamed did If Hamed was a genius matchmaker like Floyd he could have had great fights with Tapia and Ayala...as long as he ducks Lopez...Mab, JMM, Morales, Mayweather he can also duck just like Williams, Martinez, Margarito, Tszyu...Then reminds us he is small fighting big guys at 130 :yep Only one genius can pull of that one...never to be repeated...the GOAT DUCK Artist :huh
It was a situation like Floyd vs GGG today...only last for a few months. Hamed at 130 as small as Mayweather at 160 Mayweather was the GOAT at 130, Hamed no longer had reflexes to evade the beatdown
floyd was a super feather and moved up. hamed was a feather for more than half his career. floyd is too big:deal
hamed quit after getting his ass beat by marco .........what makes you think he had the balls to fight floyd
