Because there isnt a single ref left in Boxing who actually counts to ten. They all love to wave there arms in the air to call the fight off resulting in TKO's instead of KO's.

well that's rediculous, if the guy doesn't beat the 10 count, including if there is no count, then it should be a KO.
True. This is one of the cases it was warranted though, as I think they needed to get medical help in there ASAP. Although it would've been slightly funny to see Kenny go through the semantics of the 10 count, there would've been serious repercussions if Hatton were seriously injured and he'd waited to call for help. That the medics proceeded in rolling Ricky over immediately didn't look like the smartest decision, but then again, I'm no Dr.
