I know man. Dana is all "OH I LOVE THIS KID GOOD THINGS FROM HIM" and he doesn't get so much as a ****ing look in? Whats up with that. He only ****ed up your number two that gave him arguably more facial damage than the great BJ Penn did. I hope Shields doesn't get thrown aside like a piece of disposed meat.
He doesnt deserve it, Hes lost two fights in a row in my eyes. He's what MMA doesnt want to be to keep on competing with other sports. Its hard to wtch.
yea man in my opinion i reckon jake shields did the best job against gsp besides both of the matt's but yea jake shields needs to fight someone who's going to get in back into a rematch someone like jon fitch so jake can sub him.
Dana pulled the plug on the interview. He didn't get the super fight that he wanted to set up the next stadium fight with Anderson Silva versus the winner and was pissed.....Shields fought very conservative in a loss.
I dont know if it was different in the States but the card was pulled in the UK because it was 10 minutes over schedule. Might have something to do with it. But no, **** common sense & keep the conspiracy theories coming lads. The truth is out there....
True,I didnt know it was meant to go 4 but it makes sense with 2 title fights I suppose. ESPN needs to sort it out. Why would they pull an event which I mainly pay my subscription for to put a TUF repeat on. Oh well, I blame Dana, even though he had nothing to do with it
That's not what I'm saying. Obviously he had plans for Shields and put them into practice, but it was sort of like disappointment at the fight and Shields wasn't given time to make his say, for whatever reason, maybe it was just because they were low on time, who knows. Still though, Shields isn't to blame in my eyes.
In canada, they cut the shields interview and went straight to highlights from the pre-lims. They cut that interview on purpose. Someone doesn't like Shields.
