Why was Manny so hyped up?

    His resume under 135 is good i cant lie,but even when you take a closer look at it

    Barrera-already been in wars with Morales and had a iron plate in his head

    Morales-won the 1st fight even after being in wars and was drained and shot when manny finally beat him

    now these are his 2 best wins

    then he moves up and beats Diaz the worse champion at 135 then goes on to beat a drained Oscar(which i blame oscar for the fight)

    then He beats Hatton after he was already beat up by Floyd

    then beat cotto at a catchweight

    then Mosley after he lost to floyd and had a draw with mora,lol

    then fights Jmm(who floyd got shitted on for fighting)gets outboxed in the 3rd fight and knocked the **** out in the 4th fight


    then he fights Margarito for a vacant belt at a catchweight


    his last 3 titles are laughable


    had any other fighter done this the same people who support him would laugh and call him a cherry picker

    the man ran from drug testing and even filed a damn lawsuit...picture anyone else doing that

    I think it has to do with internet cafes exploding in popularity in Philippines around like 2005/06 and then Pac getting so popular around 08/09. At least that is why there were so many *******s. That and the whole Pinoy Pride thing is really weird and they take it way too far.

    living off of Floyd's name by fighting fighters immediately after floyd beats him..

    basically being hyped as "the guy who might beat Floyd" with no true intentions of actually fighting Floyd..

    Another uneducated thread by another fake boxing fan.

    Pacquiao's resume and career are amazing. Any true boxing fan can appreciate the greatness of his career and his accomplishments.

    Went up in weight and right off took on every fighter Mayweather ducked at the division for years. Not only beat them but absolutely destroyed and shut them down. And with the crowd pleasing aggressive style he did it with, it's just unbelievable. What happened on the night of December 4 was bound to happen with a fighter who fights with so much willingness to put on exciting performances. Pacquiao will be remembered with a lot of love and respect, he gave this sport everything he had an in impressive fashion.

    Nice post but I disagree with the notion that Mayweather ducks fighters. The OP is obviously biased against Pacquiao.

    his resume is not great at all,good smoke and mirror act,but he fought everyone on the down slide of their career,he always had the advantage in weight..and how can floyd be accused of chaerry picking jmm??then manny be called a great warrior for getting put to sleep by Jmm 3 years later?

    Don't you have another thread just like this? This **** needs to stop. You can tear apart any ATG's resume. If we use your stupid logic then Floyd's resume becomes **** as well. Stop bringing the sport down with your bias. Manny's resume is far from perfect and deserves critique but the *****s need to keep their mouth shut, they're as bad as the *******s were during the year Mayweather was on a year long vacation.
