Why was Margarito never accused on picking on smaller guys?

I don't know about "*****s", "*******s" and those nonsensical cyber groupies so please spare me the jack****. It's all about common sense here, if Margarito loaded up going in against Mosley in a fight officially promoted as a tune-up to a rematch with Cotto why the hell wouldn't he against Cotto in a fight promoted officially as his very last chance? In addition, and this is arguably the main point here, Cotto was a highly celebrated, undefeated, top 5 P4P and highly regarded PUERTO RICAN rival. Speaking of "proof", remember the face/off confrontation when Cotto zoomed Margarito's picture only to see Margarito being reduced to feminine responses like "watever i dunno"?

 

How could he explain it the picture was ****, it was blurred I admit it looked suspect but here is another look at it also Kizer cleared the man.
again take a look at it tell me if the gauze cracked had Miguel brought this picture in Tony would have laughed at him, of course had miguel addressed this picture he wouldnt have an excuse any longer

Actually Margarito had the choice between fighting his mandatory Williams or fighting Cotto and getting stripped. He chose to defend his title.

And made $8000001 against a higher ranked fighter with better wins.
