Why do you think Floyd wanted to fork over 600k?

Well said Divac if the roles were reversed like in the example you gave with Martinez oh god we would have to here about.

That actual night of the fight i felt sorry for Marquez after seeing the size difference and you could clearly tell watching the fight.
But to Marquez's credit he took the fight on manned up took his loss while Mayweather for a night got to make a farce of boxing.

To see a champion like Marquez get dogged like that when he is top 3 or 4 pound for pound and not get a say.

Its just wrong but some Floyd fans saying Mayweather was 148 to 150 get the **** out of here.:good

Mate best post on this whole thread mate.

shameful was the fact that floyd was the clearly bigger guy and he was the one waiting for marquez to make the action when marquez is also a natural counter-puncher. the least floyd could do with his size advanatge was to bring the fight against the smaller guy.

floyd might not even be the one to fork it. delahoya also has interest on this fight and could have picked-up the bill. essentially oscar and floyd had whored jmm off by paying him in to just lay down for floyd knowing that all are stacked against him.

it's un professional for floyd to pull that stunt.

if jmm beats pac to become the number 1 welter, the floyd victory suddenly looks meaningful.

Are you for ****ing real with this post.

Yes PBF is a great great boxer with skills of some of the best fighers.

But have you watched Marquez at 135. Man has Boxing skills.

But that slow version of a bloated JMM and his less than ideal punching power and especially 2 weight classes higher was such an advantage.

I have hardly ever seen PBF Bully a fighter around a Ring he always 90% of the time fights of his back and uses angles and counter punching.

It effected JMM i mean he had never fought above 135 let alone jumping to 147.

"Floyd would beat him anyways, the two ponds didn't matter..."

And yet, he didn't try to make the weight. But **** it, why not just let Floyd go in whatever he wants, since he'll win anyways....

Floyd weighed 149 or 150 against DLH in the ring, there is no way in hell he was 10lbs heavier vs Marquez or Mosely. Some of this 160 talk is ridiculous. The most logical guess is that he came/comes into the recent fight(s) at about 152-155.

Floyd loves money, burns money, yet was willing to fork over 600k to cheat JMM. Why is my question. Why cheat JMM by not coming down only 2 lbs?
