If you don't care then why bother to repy to the post? I'm stating "you" are incorrect in your statements as to what was actually broadcast during the event. What people say after the fact is "not credible". I'm not giving you an opinion it merely a statement of fact.

Reg, even if the weight was contracted at 144, he came in at 146 and paid the penalty. The people that had a problem with this are people who wanted Floyd to come in weak. People believe Floyd when they can call him a liar, namely ****in *******s.

What trips me out is what did Floyd get out of a two pound weigh in advantage when the *******s hero asked the champion Cotto to come in at 145. Afterwards they said Cotto coming in at 145 was only 1 lb less than his last fight. So why ask?

Bottom line is Floyd needed a two lb advantage to beat the smaller Marquez because *******s say so. Floyd never intended to make 144. Floyd himself knew all along he was coming in at 146:lol:

That was for Cotto's WBO belt no less, which Pacquiao insisted be put on the line at the catchweight.

Because people want to belittled his win. His standing as an ATG gets tarnished because many in the boxing world feel 24 hour weigh-ins is a form of cheating which was designed by the promoters disguised as a safety issue.

It was a masterful win no matter how anyone looks at it. But 20 years from now, it will be looked at, he beat a champion who moved up in 2 weight classes and who was out of his weight class. No one will care about the two pounds.

Had Floyd weighed in at 147, he comes into the ring close to 147, but because evil Floyd weighed in at 146, he wanted to make sure that he came into the ring at 160 lbs versus little Marquez:nut

I don't think Mayweather intended to come in at 146. I do believe that he wanted to give himself some leadway in case he couldn't make the catchweight comfortably.

I see and agree with you, but there wont be any consistancy with the logic when dealing with pac fans, due to the fact that Floyd whipped his ass whereas Pacquiao struggled.
Any and everything to shine off the win.
And as was previously stated PBF didnt beat him with clinching, laying on him, tying him up, forced agression etc.
Straight up hand and foot speed like always.
    Damn thats gotta hurt:lol:
P.S. Wasnt JMM the #3 p4p dude at the time:D

I'm Floyd fan to the fullest, anyone who thinks Floyd was at 147 at fight night night for the Marquez fight is a fool.

    He was clearly between 157-162.

Ring Mag reported him being 152, so while you say "clearly", I don't know that it's that clear.

I was clearly being sarcastic Reg. How come Floyd comes in on fight night less than 160 against Dlh, and about 160 against Marquez? ****ing cheating, evil Floyd:nut

I believe HBO when they said Floyd refused to the same day weigh in, which is a sign to any person with sense that he was concerned about how people would react to his true weight, ala De la Hoya when he used to show up 160+ for WW fights.

Why would he allow Ring to do one after denying HBO request's, shits make no sense. And when did this so called weigh take place before or after the fight.......**** is ducktales all around, Floyd never had problems with same day weigh in's until that fight

Everytime Mayweather has weighed in on fight night, he has been within 5 lbs. of the weight limit. I'm not sure why everyone assumes he's all of a sudden coming in at 160+ lbs. on fight night. Margo and Shane were both 160 lbs. on fight night when they fought eachother.

He didn't weigh in on fight night against Oscar or Hatton either.
