The purpose is to ALWAYS have the possibility of testing. OSDT has a ZERO day cut off. You can't change it. If you do? It isn't OSDT. By Pac saying he will fight with a 7 day cut off it automatically invalidates OSDT. It can't happen. Hell a 1 day cutt off is as good as a 30 day cutt off. It kills the testing protocol.
