    There is a lot of money in Monaco and plenty of wealthy eastern european oil oligarchs etc

    They kept mentioning the princess and my impression was he had some fans out there among the rich folk. I guess the way it works is the venue puts up part of the money to get the fight, no? So does anyone know who put up the money to gave Golovkin there?

    Because Monaco is an inernational little state that has an absurd concentration of wealth and rich peoples.

    Price Albert is a big fan of boxing, I believe his father staged a number of fights in the 50s. He's trying to revive the tradition. This was the 2nd time GGG fought in Monaco.

    He wants to fight more than HBO can get him fights or dates to fight.
    It is not like he is going to fight on espn?
