Why wasn't Calzaghe given more credit for his wins against RJJ and Hopkins?

The judges are more flawed. Example Byrd.

I would say compubox picks the winner the majority of the judges do 95% of the time, but what you won't see from Compubox is a fixed type of score card like say Byrd gives.

Calzaghe out landed Hokpins in jabs, power punches and had better accuracy. He out landed Hopkins in every round and Hopkins didn't land any hard shots to win the rounds where he was out landed via wide margin.

Hopkins had few quality blows landed, and gassed like I said he did.

I'd make the argument that Calzaghe has the best single win of either man. Hopkins no doubt has the better depth to his resume. The 2 best opponents of Hopkins career were RJJ and Kovalev. But he lost to both of them.

There was a good one on youtube a few years ago called the Calzaghe deception. Hopkins buckled Calzaghe on several occasions outside of the knockdown, and clearly outpunched Calzaghe in at least seven rounds. That might have been the worst night in CompuBox's history in terms of phantom punches. 50 at most, is a long way from 232.

Because Roy and Bernard were past their primes when they fought Calzaghe.

Calzaghe out slapped Hopkins yes but he couldn't out PUNCH him. 75 % of Calzaghe's blows are ILLEGAL slaps

Calzaghe fought RJJ and Hopkins five or six years past their primes. They were old men and quite diminished, especially Roy Jones. It would be like Cotto beating Mayweather and Pacquiao today. Who gives a ****?

ah selective stupidity then? why is it you assume that two numbers apply directly to hopkins/cazaghe and not every other word in those posts?

once you admit your mistake, you can move on. until then u r just making yourself look stupid.

Not comparable. Kessler never won a 160 title. DLH was a SFW champ. Tito a WW champ.

****ing idiot. Herol you're shot mate.. Seriously! Spineless too! Which is worse! You can't even defend your BS! You just play games. Calls boxers cowards online. Calls people stupid when they shut him down in debate. Pathetic. Twice this weak now Calzaghe has had u over a barrel! I'm just glad I'm not you LOL

I **** you not folks this guy is talking about Calzaghe & Bhop going to job interviews & shooting guns into ceilings now

HerolGee is the same guy who is on every Calzaghe video comments on youtube- definitely. He had the usernames on youtube 'Cowardzaghe' and 'JoeCalzagheTheCoward'. He's been doing it for years and years. He's pathologically obsessed with Joe Calzaghe.
