Didnt Bob talk to Pacman and make him aware that when the Floyd deadline passes Cotto/Margo are ready to fight? He mentioned time frame was tight so Cotto or Margo ppl should have been in Bobs office at 23.59 with there pens ready to sign. Bob makes out it will take 10 days to speak with Manny and ask him who he wants to fight instead of Floyd, basically giving Floyd another 10 days to sign the contract. I smell BS!
he said before the deadline he was not negotiating with others, but after the deadline he would so, having them sign at 12:01 would have shown that margo/cotto were negotiating during this supposed freeze
The deadline was the exclusivity period of negotiations with Mayweather, if Cotto or Margarito had signed instantly then it would have shown that up as being a pile of crap
Its gonna happen with Margarito, because Margarito can't really fight in the states, and is limited to where he can fight, Pac has more leverage on forcing one sided conditions in the contract.
