Why wasn't Forrest offered the shot at Jones?

Machida & Shogun arent mega draws like a Brock or GSP, cant argue that. But they are at least Main/Co-Main fighters with a good profile. I dont think an average television viewer would know more than a handful of MMA fighters still active anyone. But they are guys with a great highlight reel for video packages to promote the event during the show and in any ad spots

And anyone with a 'casual' interest surely will have heard of those guys as opposed to Bendo or Nate. I think that would have drawn worse than this card had they been switched if you get my meaning

And you kind of put it better what I was trying to say, maybe you should trash guys who you'll rely to sell you PPV's, tickets ect so harshly unless you are prepared to buy every MMA organisation on the planet. Fighters have an ego and a short fuse, and I cant see many of them palming things like this off as ''Ahh it's just Dana'' forever
