Did steward train him for a period? Actually when has any Latin fighter appeared at any boxing charity/event held by retired Afro American boxers with exception of Duran who has to save face for being a total fraud quitter?
Steward trained Chavez for one fight, the Frankie Randall rematch. Lots of fighters Steward has worked with over the years did not attend Steward's funeral. Unfortunately not all can make it.
