Why wasn't Mayweather invited to be a Pallbearer at Ali's funeral?

I think that this is another dumb thread.

 

Maybe because he wasn't even born when Ali was making a splash on the world stage. How's that for starters?

 

He'd be too short. I say this as somebody the same height as Mayweather.

Ali was a brave heavyweight that took on every chalenge. Mayweather is a tiny man that avoided challenges in the later half of his career. It would be a symbolic disaster - letting the generation of brave men be ushered to the nether world by the generation of the businessmen first and fighters second

 

He talked too much smack about Ali not being the greatest -- the family hates Floyd.

Because it would be bad form to hang an IV drip off of the casket while carrying the casket, am I right?

 

he may have already paid for the funeral so he didn't need to.
