Why wasn't this fight stopped?

    The out score rule doesn't apply in the 4th. You have to have 20 more points within the first three rounds.

    Oooh ok thanks but does the 3 knockdown rule apply in the 4th?

    A fight is stopped if there are three 8-counts in any one round or four total in a fight.
