I can't speak for every slick fighter, but those two are very complete fighters.

James Toney was slick he uses the shoulder roll like floyd. Roy Jones move his upper body similar to Sweet Pea. Duran was one of the best at slipping punches just like SweetPea and Floyd.

Pacquiao is slick but he is a boxer puncher like toney. So he has more in common with James, JCC, Arguello, Pryor, McCallum than Floyd. Again for reference, Floyd, Pea, Pep, to some extent Ali..they are similar.

I also want to say Floyd and Whitaker have extremely good offenses. They just don't hit hard enough to put the puncher in boxer-puncher.

Fair enough and Im not saying theyre not great, they are elite but these styles are not as dominant. You look at a guy like Benny Leonard, this is like Pac. He dominated with speed and power.

yes it seems to go hand in hand... then there are guys like Sanchez, Gomez..some guys like Marciano. There are more brawlers in the ATG list than the likes of Pea. Case in point the GOAT. Some of his fights he looks beat up but he still is the greatest. Whats his style? Aggressor in your face winging punches from all directions
