Why were many old time boxers so scrawny looking

That's how it looked to me. He routinely pushed Evander off with what looked like little nudges. Granted, Evander wasn't the strongest heavyweight, but he was still able to outmuscle most of his oponents.

I agree, I think Bowe would've won in the 1990s assuming he showed up inshape, but he'd have done it circling, not pushing forward.

I think McCall also would've been forced to move around using his jab, and I think that fight would be very similar in scores as it was with the Holmes fight. About 1 point eitherway would determine the winner.

Bonecrusher in the 1990s wasn't very motivated or good, at least not what he was in the 1980s. Foreman would likely beat him with few problems and force him to back up.

With Bruno it's tough to say who'd have won. I was never all that impressed with Frank and I think he might gas and get stopped late by George. I think he too would've been forced back.

I agree with you about Ruddock, he never seemed that strong compared to other strong heavyweights to me. He was a crisp, hard puncher, but not physically as imposing as many others.

Foreman avoided those he felt had a realistic chance at beating him if it wasn't for a title fight. I doubt he was ever even remotely concerned about them physically hurting or abusing him, he was more concerned with being outpointed.

Oliver McCall was made for Foreman, imo.
The fight was never touted even when both were champions, as far as I remember. Foreman had no plans to get in with Don King.
I think he would have handled McCall quite 'easily' though.

    maybe so or maybe not

but foreman somehow always avoided these types
    that were made for him
because they would stand and bang with him

    odd

    where to to begin,
    they made ATG's who fought
other guys who trained excatlyy like them

so what is BS TO YOU

    working to get stronger?
not distrorying your knee caps by running on hard pavement?

or the fact that doing weights and doing pull ups
will both have the same negative effects ie stiffness etc

did he know that a lot of polyometric stuff
    is also weight training,

i bet he knew as much as a guy walking down the street

and how to work the corner

Sports science exists and it tells you to get sparring and put in the rounds on the speed bag - for boxing of course. If you were a cyclist you would do nothing but cycling and some side crunches for optimal results. You believe in all the shopping channel stuff, thicko.

I'll fight you. I'm in Quebec at the end of next month for sixteen days, gives you a bit of preparation time. I'm warning you, scum.

I said they cycle AND do crunches you fat, fat ****.

240lbs of fat is nothing. I'm 140lbs of pure muscle (say what you want, Bruce Lee was 140lbs but I am much taller and rangier).

I did backyard boxing on and off for over a year from the age of fifteen to sixteen, plus I study old boxers.

More than enough to make you look like a sex crime victim in your own gym. Tell me which one it is so I can **** you up come February 27th.

I don't think you realise... Nobody beat me in a year of backyard boxing. I fought some kid, easily 300lbs, knocked him out within a round (we do one minute rounds). Other people tried to box me, I steam rolled them. That was years ago but I spar my cousins often and use the speed bag every day. Look, like you said, talk is over, I've made a note of your gym and where it is and will ask for Leo the Fat Russian when I'm over there. I will be with family until 3rd of March but after that I will gladly come and beat your face up, fat *****. Will be with my brother in case you decide to pull some shady ****, you'll probably want to after being schooled by someone half your flab.

    Better get training you ****.
