You left out one thing about Stiverne. Stiverne listed what he tested positive for prior to taking the test and admitted guilt. Povetkin didn't list what he tested positive for and even after testing positive tried to deny any guilt and also had a previous suspension for testing positive while Stiverne didn't.

Ortiz also admitted guilt when he tested positive for a second time, which is why he was granted leniency.

It was Povetkin fault why the fight with Wilder didn't happen. Povetkin had two chances and screwed up twice.

 

Povetkin has also been cleared twice and is in the process of suing all corrupt parties involved including Wilders team...

The 4.3 million bond is only the start... Why do you think he was rush backing into the WBC rankings because they fell for the set up (pretty much like you have)...
