    Why should he?

    He has to fight a WBC Top 15 now and WBC 1 next.. so what about your WBC Top 10.. this makes no sense :huh

    Couldn't knock out former Light Middleweight Ishida...in 2 attempts...never came close in either fight (in fact could make a strong case that he should have gone 0-2 against Nobuhiro)

    I would guess because Donald King is involved. Don and the WBC have always doctored the ratings and rules to suit their needs. They want to milk some championship money from Deontay before risking it all against a live opponent.
