Understandable. But still a very disappointing bout...whether this makes me a hater or not, I don't know. But yeah, disappointing.

Without reading I know you are going to post a list of fighters. Same list what was excuse in Johnson, Sosnowski and Chisora fights. It’s not like you can’t make a deal with fighter who has fight coming up.
Funny thing is that Mormeck was frequently in those previous excuse lists.

He was usually written off by Klitchko fans with funny comments like. “Mormeck. That joke got destroyed by Haye”

And guys who already have match booked can be called. They will trash the fight and go for the championship, or they will agree to fight after their tune up fight.

All in all, it’s a bull**** excuse.

No need to justify easier opponent. Wlad fought dangerous unification fight and wants easy opponent next. Nothing wrong in that.

But his fans should realize that Mormeck isn’t best fighter available

Now that I read it why is Dimitrenko in "just barely got by Sprot."
Mormeck "just barely got by Timur Ibramigov"

Also Lawrence "fighting Oct 15" :patsch

Yeah they couldnt wait a week to make a match

And who the hell ranked inactive Mormeck in number #15

I don't really have a problem with the fight.

Yes it is porbably not going to be competitive but i would rather Wlad fights than spend months on the sidelines waiting for a better fight.

I don't have any issue with this fight as he is genuinely running out of opponents and really doesn't seem to want to duck anyone.

Which list is that, anyway, in the first post - I have never seen Fury ranked at 10, anywhere, just interested to know who put that out?

But he is a soft tune up opponent. Nothing more, nothing less.

dont keep defending he dosnt need it..he fights nothing but top 10 guys and contenders.this is a stay busy fight against a guy who said yes when asked while the rest said no..just ignore the vultures thats what im doing..they havnt got a clue.sometimes its hard to get a contender everytime and sometimes you end up fighting a tit.EVERY heavyweight champion has done it and had the same problem and they prob had there vultures picking aswell..just get on with it..

As has been said a number of times before, The klits are the best of a very very bad HW division.

They are not going to fight each other so who else is there?

Looking through the list, you either got dudes that have already been beaten so why bother fight em again, or guys that are not at a decent enough level to actually have a shot at winning.

Not the Klits fault, its just how it is.

    I disagree.

When I was a child, my parents were poor. We bought old soviet cereal boxes as surplus from the cold war. There were important historical lessons on each box of 'comrade-flakes'. Here is how it went down:

England is just part of the ancient Russian empire, which stretched from Alaska to Madagascar dating from 1100 AD back to the Jurassic era. This empire was established by the mighty Ghengis Valuev, who is the distant ancestor of all modern men. Ghengis Valuev single-handedly rode his war mammoth across the face of the earth, uniting all lands in both love and fear (but a fear laced with love).

By divine right, all Englishmen (and by extension all Americans) as well as their possessions and lands are soviet property. This is the legacy of the mighty one.

So therefore, by definition Wlad is both more English and more American than any mere Englishman or American. Plus his humour is meant to be reminiscent of the mighty mirth of the ancient emperor Ghengis Valuev, who conquered the America's using nothing but intimidating and amusing hand gestures. (His legendary 'magic hand')

I just thought I would share some of my knowledge with others who have a yearnin' for learnin'.

Is he the best possible choice.

Nope. Only a clueless Klitchko fan would need to make himself to believe so.

Is he an ok soft tune up opponent. Yes he is.
