Why won't Chris Eubank Sr ever talk about his debut fight ?

He talks about the fight in his book, doesn't mention any knockdowns tho. Can't remember exactly what he says but can dig the book out and post it if you want.

Cool claim to fame, def one to tell the grandkids :good

I thought Eubank looked tremendously poised for a teenage debutant and he couldn't miss Tim with his jab, doubling it beautifully.

You seem bitter brooding on a fight that happened 30 years ago. Are you jealous that your career went nowhere and he became a superstar?

It actually is him. Brown posted his personal copy of footage of the Eubank loss on YouTube and his comments on there are in the same vein as here.

I remember the Eubank-Eric Holland fight on SportsChannel America when I lived in Boston, all-out Hagler-Hearns type war for two rounds that Holland was edging until Eubank turned boxer in the 3rd (genuinely fabulous jabbing and moving) and knocked him down at the end to nick it. Steve Farhood was talking him up with words to the effect of 'following his journey to title contention'. But then he disappeared until May '88 at the big Wembley bill in London when he got knocked down and boo'd.

It was said Holland was the main sparring partner of Pernell Whitaker.
